[Uhhh the Yafutoma music from SoA I guess]

Twas midmorning in Yafutoma. The blue moon rose high into the air, as the villagers began their day on the island. A light breeze blew as the men tended to their work while the women looked after the children. Truly a magnificent day.


Off the coast of Yafutoma... 5 minutes later

A piercing siliver light could be seen in the horizon. With each passing second the light grew closer, until the outline of a small airship could be seen. It jerked and wobbled uncontrollably as it neared the island. At the helm of the ship was Kai. He was tall about 6 foot, with piercing blue eyes, and light silvery hair. He struggled despratley to keep the ship under control, but was failing so far. Small beads of sweat formed on his forehead as he tried to keep the wheel steady.

"No good" He grunted "I have to land this somewhere."

Seeing the island in the distance, Kai managed to point the ship in its general direction, he made a shap dip, and braced himself for the crash landing.

The bottom of the ship scraped the ground, kicking up a wave of dirt. The bottom sikked on the ground as the ship made a 180 degree turn before finally stopping. A crowd of people gathered close to the ship looking at the strange design, while wonedring what was inside.

Stunned Kai climbed out of the ship. The crowd of onlookers angeled twords him to see if he was alright, but he shooed them away with a wave of his hand.

"Im fine really thank you for your concern."

The crowd staisfied with his response dispersed and continued on. Kai jumped down, and pulled away a panel on the ship revealing the engine. He spent a few minutes examining and tinkering with a few levers until he rose to his feet and shook his head.

"Blast out of fuel, I need moonstones, but not just any stone, I need a high powered blue moonstone, the only type that works with my engine. Luckily I happened to stumble right into the land of the blue moonstones, so I may be in luck."

Kai put on a silver cloak over his body armor, and set out to find the parts dealer, to hopefully aquire some fuel.

(Cav: I think the sailing music you wanted is SOA CD2-09 Delphinus, a normal sailing music, nice for long trips in big ships. The light sailing music would be SOA CD1-08 - Blue Pirates' Ship, for smaller ships/shorter trips. The stormy classical instrumental one, if it's from SOA, would be CD1-22 Sudden Storm.

Don't worry about knowing the exact music references though, I think it'll be fine if you say "Storm music", "Yafutoma music", or anything people will easily recognize and find.)

*In OCB and Canti cabin, OCB wakes up, hungry. Seeing Canti is out, he goes to get a snack. Walking down the steps while Canti and a few unknown crew men push some barrels onto the other ship.*

Canti: ...Don't move, he may not see us...

*OCB passes, too tired to see them, and walks to the kitchen, makes a sandwich and walks back, when he realises... The barrels are on the other ship, and there is a large crate on their's.*

OCB: Who are they? What was in the barrels? Whats in this crate?

Canti: Some friendly Blue Rouges. They needed some Loqua, so i traded ours for a big crate of moonstones, and some moonberries.

OCB: Ohh, that's nice.

Canti: You're taking this well...

OCB: No, i don't want to waste my sandwich. *Eats it in two bites* You're dead now.

*OCB takes his cane and smashes it on Canti's head, knocking him out cold*

OCB: ALL PERSONAL, WAKE UP!! THAT SHIP HAS ALL OUR LOQUA!! FULL SPEED AFTER THEM!!

Crew man: We don't have enough moonstones to chase them!!

OCB: WHAT ABOUT THIS CRATE?!!

Crew man: We didn't know about any crate...

Lookout: *watching the other ship* What the hell?! It just vanished...

OCB: WHAT?!

Lookout: Into thin air...

OCB: ...Transportation... Thats some new technology... Who would have that already?...

{3 days later, Sailor's Island}

Canti: Why are we here? We got all the moonstones we need and we can't afford anymore Loqua. We need to find treasure.

OCB: We're here for infomation. After i killed you for trading the Loqua...

Canti: Thanks a lot for that. I had that freaking dream again!

OCB: Let me finish! The other ship disappeared, Transportation.

Canti: Who would have that?

OCB: Thats what we're here to find out. I spoke to the crew members, they were only really freaked out. "Ghosts stole our Loqua, and stuff like that". Why are we the only two who have heard of it?

Canti: Jinkies, we need to get to the bottom of this. Let's split up.

OCB: ._. yes... let's do that...

[Xellos]

[No music in the background, only sound is that of the storm going on]

{1/15/1242, the skies near Sailor's Island}

*We see a Valuan armored ship flying out of the dock*

*In one of the mountains of Valua, we see a wooden ship, a typical Blue Rogue ship*

Lookout: Cap'n! A Valuan ship just left unescorted!

*The captain comes out of his cabin, he's a younger looking man, in his late 30s at most*

Captain: How far is it from the Valuan airspace?

Lookout: It's leaving the mountain range now, seems to be heading towards Ixa'Taka...

Captain: Descend slowly to the west! Hide int he mountains until the other Valuan ships are out of sight, and the Valuan ship has passedthrough the rock wall! Reye!

*Reye, a teenage boy, rather girly looking for a guy is seen sitting off the side of the ship*

Reye: Yes Captain Ford?

Ford: You, Lynion, and Serra will board their ship when we pass it from above. Clear the decks for us, and we'll board after you've finished!

*Lynion is a rather scruffy looking guy, in his early 20s. He has a long pony tail. Serra is a brunette girl, with hair to her sholders, worn loose*

Reye: Aye, we'll go ahead. Give us the signal...

*A few minutes pass...*

Lookout: Cap'n! The ship just passed through the rocks the corner!

Ford: Alright, go forward at a steady pace, then slow down. After Reye's group boards them, go low where there cannons won't be able to hit us!

*The ship accelerates to an average speed, when ight overhead, Reye, Lynion, and Serra jump out*

Reye: Heh, let's give them a surprise... *On the way down, Reye shoots a guard ont he deck. The three then land on deck, and are immediately surrounded by 5 guards*

Lynion: Heh. This shouldn't be too hard...

[Music: Grandia 2- FIGHT!!! Ver. 1]
*3 of the guards are carrying swords, the othre two have pistols*

Lynion: Serra and I will handle the swordsman, you take out the gunners, Reye! *Lynion then rushes forward, and strikes at a swordsman. The swordsman blocks with shield, and is about to counterattack, but is then kneed in the stomach, and then finished by a strong chop to the neck*

*Serra unsheathes her rapier, and makes a stab at a guard, he dodges out of the way, but is met with a sweeping kick, when he falls, he lands on her rapier, the 3rd swordsman is sneaking up behind Serra, only to punched into the nearby post, going unconcious*

Serra: Thanks Lyn, he might have gotten me if you hadn't hit him.

Lyn: no problem, I wonder if Reye is done yet...

Serra: Looks like it... *They notice the two gunmen knocked unconcious on the floor, and hear gunshots from the other side of the deck* Don't tell me...

Lyn: He did it again...

[Music: Reye's theme, which is Tales of Phantasia, 1-39: Final Act]

*After easily dispatching the two gunners...*

Reye: Damn, those two will take two long... I think I'll continue ahead... *Reye walks forward to a nearby wall, jumps out and fires a shot at a cannon man*

Guard: What the... how did this one get on here!?

Reye: Easy, I just jumped from above, and took out some guards... Want me to demonstrate *Reye runs forward, kick jumps onto the guard's head, and shoots the guard with a shot on the way down* See? Easy... *A few other shots go past Reye's head*

Gunner: You'll die now!

Reye: Hm... 4 gunners, might be fun! But I doubt I'll be the one dying here! *Reye runs straight at the gunners, then stops suddenly in mid strife, and flips to the left,s hooting a gunner in the arm. He then rushes forward again, and kciks the fallen gunner, then shoots him again. A bullet hits Reye's armor, Reye responds by firing point blank at the gunner.*

Reye: Pheh, lame. Too bad you scratched up my good armor... *Reye throws the body of the gunner he just shot at the next, which knocks him down. Reye then shoots the fallen gunner, and rolls to the side to dodge the last guner's bullet, but in mid roll is shot in the arm by someone from above.*

*Serra and Lyn reach Reye at this time*

Serra: Reye! *Serra casts a fire spell at the sniper on the lookout post. Meanwhile, Lyn's already attacked and disabled the remaining gunner on deck*

Reye: Bastard... didn't know he was there. At least the bullet went straight through, no surgery needed to remove it...

*Serra begins to cast a healing spell on Reye*

Serra: Well if you wouldn't have run off and ttried taking all these men out by yourself, nothing would have happened!

Lyn: Stupid ass... always gotta be cool, huh?

Reye: Can I help it? XD

*Lyn Sighs and looks upwards in disgust*

*Meanwhile the ship has just leveled with the Valuan ship, and began to board it*

Ford: Did you already get all of them?

Reye: looks like it...

Ford: Good, you did your part. We'll infilitrate the interior, you three stay up here, in case any other Valuan ships arrive...

Reye: But-

Ford: But nothing. You already got shot in the arm once, so just sit up here and warn us if anyone else comes!

*Reye sighs, and leans against the railing of the ship*

Serra: They shouldn't take too long, provided nothing happens...

[Soft Sailing Music]

The former pirate ship now named The Black Dragon is floating off the coast of pirate island, the moons in the sky are bright indeed and kyousuke is on the crow's nest alone and searching out the island with a telescope. His mask has been taken off for a while now and it now flutters around as a scarf around his neck along with his blue hair due to the constant changing gusts blowing through the night air, he searches the island aimlesly examining it for any signs of an establishment that might help his unconcious friend below, he finishes the lookout and jumps off the crow's nest swiftly to land in the deck in a skilled manner, but his foot catches a rope on the way down and he swings right into the mast face-first

Kyousuke: GAHHH! @_# *falls off rope and lands on back on the deck*

Urk... *cough*


Pirate walks by and kicks him on the side


Kyousuke: oh thats it your dead! *chases the pirate with a club*


The short chase ends with the pirate beaten savagly and him hanging off the side of the boat as an example to the other pirates to prevent any thoughts of mutiny

Kyousuke: all of you see that!? thats gonna happen to you if any of you think of disrespecting your new captain at all! savy?


the pirates all nod in unison like school children


Kyousuke: good... now i want all of you to clean this deck up!!! it looks worse than a bathroom in a whorehouse!! not that ive ever been in one to know what it looks like.... ._.


The pirates all look at kyousuke in a strange manner


Kyousuke: oh cmon i swear i havent!

Pirate #1: oooooh suuuuuuuure captain ;/ *gets savagly beaten and tossed off the side of the boat with a rope around his ankles*

Pirate tossed before: ahh... you too?

Pirate #1: yup @_#

{Back on Deck}

Kyousuke: anyone else wanna join them!!? SCRUB YE MANGY DOGS!!!!!! OR ITS OVERBOARD FOR YE!!! SAVY!?


The pirates all go to work as if they were dogs given an order by their master

Kyousuke then goes to the cabin where Lin is still lying unconcious

[soft orchestral music]

Kyousuke: hey there pal... *changes moist rag on forhead and turns Lin so as to prevent bed sores, and checks vitals*

your fine... that is vitaly, i just wish to know why your still unconcious im getting more worried for your ability to walk with every hour that your still unconcious *sigh* that was a savage strike to your spine...

im tired... ill be back to turn you again in 4 hours and change that rag...

Lin: ... *feint groan*


Kyousuke: o_o hey you must be coming out of it! well i guess it just takes time... ill be going to sleep now, cya in 4


Kyousuke lays upon the nearby bed and luls off thinking of his childhood friend's wellbeing, the new things he may find on the foreign land, and what people he may meet, and what crew he may join if he would find one, all he knows is that he will get revenge on all the pirates he can find for what happened to Lin... but first he must take that first step onto a new land, the first time hes ever been to another land

Kai walked through the streets of Yafutoma his hands in his pockets, looking for the ship dealer. His feet crunched the pebbles underneath as he neared his destination. He looked to his left and right, and admired the sights. He arrived at the store and entered.

Inside Parts Store


Kai: I need fuel for my ship

Owner: ok well what type are you interested in.

Kai described the type of fuel that he needed. The specifics of his engine, and exactly how much he needed. The owner looked at him, and replied

Owner: We dont carry that type. The kind you are looking foor is very rare, and can only be drawn from a moonstone in its most purest state. Unfortunatley the only place that you'll find theses moonstones id deep with in our scared mountain Mount Kazi.

Kai: Fine then I shall go to this mountain and get my fuel.

Owner: wait Kazai is sacred mountain, not everyone can climb you need special permission from the emperor.

Kai: Permission? Hah and if I dont

Owner: Than surley you will be killed.

Kai: Well then I dare them to try.

Kai turned and exited the store, his cape billowing behind him, he wasnt conered about the penalties, he just needed his fuel. He walked to the base of the mountain and looked up, this is going to be harder than he thought.

{27/December/1241, 17:00, Esperanza Entrance (9I)}

[Uhh... Esperanza Theme Music?]

A tall young man clad in black stood by the gates of Esperanza. His piercing dark brown eyes examined the town pensively. An agitated look was soon etched on his features. Shaking his head, he shoved his hands into his pant's pockets and took a step forward, his long black, leather coat and the tails of his crimson red scarf dancing with the evening breeze.

Creid: Why this of all places? What a dump... Where am I, anyway?

Creid held out his right hand in front of him and narrowed his eyes in concentration.

Creid: Reveal.

A map materialized on his hand. The mage looked around his surroundings once more and then turned back his attention on the map.

Creid: Let's see.. this town is Esperanza... hmm... a Valuan town in Red Moon territory.

With a thought, the map on his hand vanished into thin air. He then cupped his chin with his right hand contemplatively.

Creid: There's nothing for me here. Perhaps it's best that I leave as soon as possible.

The mage's stomach suddenly growled in hunger.

Creid: Perhaps not.

The black clad man looked up to the heavens.

Creid: It's also getting dark. Maybe tomorrow. Right now I need a place to sleep and eat.

The sorcerer started forward, heading for the nearest inn or restaurant, wherever those maybe. As he walked through the dilapidated streets of Esperanza, he noticed that some of the townspeople that were out for the evening were staring at him. Creid eyed them from the corners of his eyes. They looked at him as if he was from another planet. The mage chuckled silently.

Creid: Right... they've never seen anyone like me before. It's probably been more than five hundred years...

Ignoring the residents, he continued for his search of food and lodging. Soon, he finally found a run down building with a sign that said "Diner" in red lights. Creid entered the restaurant and found himself as the center of attention when the door closed behind him. Like the people he saw earlier, they all looked at him strangely.

The mage in black eyed the people in the restaurant critically, from the pirates on the bar from his left to the diners sitting on the tables to his right, gauging their expressions, to see if they were friendly or potential enemies, especially the pirates. Fortunately for him, the patrons went back to minding their own businesses when he seated himself.

Creid: Good place as any...

A waitress then came up to him with a notepad and a pen.

Waitress: Good evening, sir. May I take your order?

One lazy, dark brown eye looked up to the waitress.

Creid: Your best meal and a glass of water.

Waitress: Is that all of for you?

Creid nodded a yes.

Waitress: Okay then, your order will be ready in about ten minutes.

The waitress gave him a smile and left to go to the kitchen. Creid watched her leave, then turned his attention onto to the wooden table, tracing the various marks on it with his finger as he let his thoughts run rampant in his mind.

Creid: I wonder how everyone's doing... how they're taking my leave. I bet Alfador is on the brink of insanity right about now. *chuckles* Well... they'll understand why I did what I did when I complete my task.

[Music: SOA CD2-13 - Nervous Crisis 2]

In the bridge of the Valuan ship...

Lerma: Damned scum... why do they attack us!? This is ridiculous! Hyuga, you got us into this, now go and check out how are things going.

Hyuga looks serious.

Hyuga: Hmm... Yes. Perhaps they need some help.

Hyuga walks out of the bridge.

The Blue Rogues return to the deck.

Ford: There's nothing here! It looks as if they threw the cargo out of the ship before we came! All there remains in this ship are a few scared Valuan soldiers and the captain, who we captured.

Reye: What? All of this for naught?

Lerma: This is an act of terrorism! How dare you!

Serra: Shut up! You and your ship are now under our control.

Reye: Are there other high officials on this ship?

Lerma: ...

Reye: I'm asking if there are other high officials on this ship. You better...!

Ford holds Lerma tighter.

Lerma: N-no! This was an inspection mission! Why do you have to mess with it, damned rogues!

Lyn: It looked like your ship was packed with something. What was it?

Lerma: This is not a cargo ship, fools! We were delaying our arrival because we weren't expected that early!

Reye: There's something fishy here. Why did you depart so soon, then?

Lerma: That's non of your fucking business!

Serra: Ford, perhaps you need to remember the captain of his situation.

Ford hits the captain, and he falls to the floor. Lerma grabs a knife out of one of his pockets and throws it at Ford's leg.

Ford: Aurgh!

Reye: !!

Lerma runs away in the confusion, and jumps to the escape boat, which was prepared by the remaining soldiers, who managed to escape the rogues holding them as well.

Lerma: Damn Hyuga, you'll pay for this!!!! You'll get expelled of the army!!

Serra: Oh, sh...

Reye: Let them go. There's nothing of interest here, let's go back to our ship. This was a waste of time.

----

An hour later, in the Blue Rogues' ship...

[Music: SOA CD1-08 - Blue Pirates' Ship]

Serra: You're almost done.

Reye: Thanks for the healing.

Serra: Don't mention it.

Lyn: I wonder...

A blue haired, red eyed man wearing a black robe comes out of behind some barrels with a relief expression in his face.

Man: Hi, friends!

Serra, Reye, Lyn: What!??

Reye: One of them made his way to our ship! Hurry and catch him!

Serra and Lyn run towards the man, who stands still and opposes no resistance.

Lyn: Who are you!?

Man: Hey, hey, go easy on me! I'm just a poor merchant from Nasr! ^_^V I was caught trying to bypass customs control, and ended up under arrest in that ship... I managed to escape when you attacked it.

Serra: Hmm. That might be true. But how do we know you aren't a Valuan agent?

Man: See, here's my Nasr merchant license. I'm a hentai merchant! ^___^ I'd offer you some new yaoi drawings I had, but this Valuan inspectress took all of it in the control ^_^v .

Serra: Hentai? Yaoi? Who do you think I am!?

Reye: Now, now. This man doesn't look dangerous at all.

Reye stands up, completely recovered.

Reye: Hey. My name's Reye.

Man: Mine's not ^_^'. Pleased to meet you, Reye!

Reye: What? You're in no position to make jokes!

Man: Oh, so you wanted to know my name as well? I thought you were just sharing ^_^.

Reye looks annoyed.

Man: Hyuga the merchant, at your service.

Hyuga salutes cordially.

Reye: That's better.

Hyuga: I'm a bit tired, will you show me the way to my cabin?

Reye: Wait a sec, YOUR cabin?

Hyuga: You have an extra cabin for important guests like me, right?

Reye: Look man, don't push your luck. We're not fools. If you try any tricks on us, you'll pay for it.

Hyuga: Ok ok, I was only joking! ^_^v Please take me to the bar.

Reye: Ok. Perhaps you can explain what exactly were you trying to bypass and why. Serra, Lyn, see you later.

Hyuga: Oh, Serra is your name. Well Serra, I'll make sure to bring along some yaoi for you next time! See you!

Serra turns red of anger.

Serra: Shaddap ya perv!!! o`_?o;;;;

Reye tries his best to avoid laughing. He and Hyuga head for the bar.

[Pirate Island Music]

Its the next day and the strong winds of the air keep blowing as strong as ever, kyousuke has already prepared Lin on the stretcher handled by a pair of the crew members left from the original pirate crew. Strangely the crew has now accepted him as their new and permanent captain, which makes things much easier for kyousuke. Kyousuke has taken his ninja gi off and changed into some leftover clothes in the cabins that would suit him better for visiting a foreign land, as a ninja gi would attract too much attention. They then guide the ship into port, no one suspecting that it once was a fearsome pirate vessel now that it flies under a merchant guild's flag. Kyousuke and the crew members carying Lin get off the ship and head towards the dockmaster's cabin and Kyousuke enters.


Kyousuke: how much does it cost to dock a ship?

Dockmaster: oh? i havent seen you here before...

Kyousuke: you dont have to... now all i want to do is pay the fee

Dockmaster: right no problem, what kind of ship? and how long?

Kyousuke: its a merchant vessel... i dont know the exact measurements

Dockmaster: fine its alright just pay 100 (whatever money is called on SoA)

Kyousuke: ... ahh ... here *drops a bag of pirate gold taken from the ship's hold* just take this and lets say i have a lifetime membership hmm? *walks out*

Dockmaster: *stunned* O__O...

{outside}

Kyousuke: ok lets get going

Pirate #1: were headin' towards the inn i presume sir

Kyousuke: yea, im hoping that they have some medecine man or atleast informationt there, if anything there are comfortable beds so that he can stay there while we search

Pirate #2: good idea sir

Kyousuke: there, there it is ^^ *runs into a big guy by mistake* @_# umm sorry bout that

Big Guy: &gt;:[ you clumsy bastard

Kyousuke: ^^;;;; ohh cmon no harm done now i gotta go cmon guys *big arm is put in way by the large man*

Big Guy: oooh no you dont *takes a swing*

Kyousuke: O_O!! *dodge* hey hey! *dodges another* *sighs and trips the guy and puts the sword to his neck* i said ive got a place to go ... please dont waste my time *eyes glimmer with a dangerous presence*

Big Guy: ... yea yea... i have somewhere to go to, have a nice day ^_^;;;;

Kyousuke: ... yea


The trio show up at the inn and enter, the inn keeper is nowhere to be seen.


Kyousuke: HELLO!!? ... ANYONE HERE!!? ... stay here


Kyousuke walks into the door behind the front desk and finds an elderly man reading on a desk in the corner of the room.


Kyousuke: hello? are you the innkeeper?

Man: what do you think?

Kyousuke: why didnt you answer when i called?

Man: ... couldnt you read the sign on the desk that said to ring the little bell on the desk?

Kyousuke: ... so you didnt come because i didnt ring that bell? ... WHY DOES IT MATTER!?

Man: it matters to me *turns page in book, not caring for the young man in front of him*

Kyousuke: ... *groan* FINE


Kyousuke walks out and rings the bell, the man slowly walks out and stops behind the desk.


Man: hello my name is Greg, how can i help you?

Kyousuke: =___=... well i need a place to stay for my friend... hes hurt, i need to know if theres a place i can take him to heal...hes been unconcious for a day or two

Greg: weeeeelll theres the item shop which happens to sell medecine, and ofcourse theres a medecine man there who makes them, he is the only person i know who could help

Kyousuke: ok thanks, *gives Greg a small pile of gold coins* ummm ... yea well let my friend stay here for as long as this gives for

Greg: ... ok 6 months it is ^_^

Kyousuke: O_O how much is that anyways!!?

Greg: who cares, its enough

Kyousuke: Hey i only want one night right now! &gt;/

Greg: sorry no refunds =.=

Kyousuke: *groan*


Later that day Kyousuke reaches the item shop with his two crew members and they enter to find it stocked with very useful things, and quality food that kyousuke has desperately wanted since all that hes eaten since he left has been stale bread. They reach the front desk and talk to the owner.


Kyousuke: can i see the medecine man? its urgent, i have a friend in dire need of his skills

Owner: yes let me get him now *goes into back and comes out later with a young man wearing glasses and wearing a white coat*

Medecine man: hello my name is Raphael, ill help you where is your friend by the way?

Kyousuke: follow me!


The group reaches the inn and Raphael takes a look at Lin who lies on the bed quietly

Raphael: ... well good news with what i gave him he should be fine by tomorrow...

Kyousuke: THANK YOU!

Raphael: dont get so happy... im sorry to say he wont be going to be using legs for a long time

Kyousuke: what?

Raphael: he sustained substantial damage to his spine as you know, but it seems it was enough to paralyze him from the hips down

Kyousuke: ...so thats it? he cant walk anymore?

Raphael: not necessarily, i have a new procedure im working on, and its possible for me to restore his legs, but he will have to stay with me for a better part of 1-2 years it will take a while for him to work this all out

Kyousuke: well... as long as he will be ok, i dont care how long it takes, will it cost anything?

Raphael: no i dont make people pay, i like helping them just fine, but i would need some help for the amount of things i have to buy to make this work, im sure i can find some way ...

Kyousuke: no, ill give you what you need! *hands Raphael the rest of the gold he brought with him*

Raphael: O__O!! wowza!! ... *clears throat* excuse me... umm well this is quite alot, more than i need! ^^ *hands kyousuke about half the gold back to him* thats all i really need, thank you, this will speed the process up i think, but it all depends on the will of your friend

Kyousuke: thats no problem he has an iron will *laughs* thanks alot raphael

Raphael: no problem, visit me anytime

Kyousuke: ok you two, take Lin to where Raphael directs you and report back to the ship when your done with anything you want to do in town, i will see you tomorrow i have some exploring to do myself...
by the way raphael, when he wakes, tell him that i will visit when i can and that i will bring his things as well

Raphael: ok thats fine


Raphael and the pirates leave and Kyousuke heads off in a seperate direction, he walks the streets searching for a place to eat and drink, but only finds a bar before he gets too hungry to go anywhere else, he enters the bar called The Union Jack. The bar is filled with a multitude of people ranging from roughneck blue rogue crews to dockworkers and sailors just killing time drinking their fill, the atmosphere is filled with light bar music played on a piano in the corner of the bar by a middle aged man, and the scent of alcohol and laughter of the men as they play verious card games and talk about their day on the vessels they call home. Kyousuke walks in attracting little attention as he is dressed as any common pirate or blue rogue crewman, though his looks are much more handsome and young than that of most of the average types which attracts some attention, but of which is generally tossed aside. The few women that are there eye kyousuke strangely, as they dont see decent looking men very often among the rabble of scarred and rough types. Kyousuke then seats himself infront of the barkeep.

Kyousuke: *trying to act as tough as possible* gimme yer stongest stuff


Men nearby eye him in suttle surprise


Barkeep: ._.???? whatever you say... *hands kyousuke a shot glass filled with liquor*


Kyousuke sniffs the glass and winces, which catches the eye of a couple of rough looking men.

Kyousuke: &gt;_&gt;?? ... ._. ... uhh this be what i was lookin fer harhar ... ... *coughs, and takes a swig of the liquor*

@__X *cough cough cough cough cough* ;__; its good stuff!


Barkeep: why yes it is


Kyousuke: you dont happen ta have some nice vittles in here aye?

Barkeep: sure we got some stuff to eat, here *hands kyousuke a short menu*

Kyousuke: o_o;;; *reads menu which contains bread, alcohol, assorted meat sandwiches, and water*

ermmm ... short eh? ... harhar ill jes have a couple of sandwiches and a glass o' water

Barkeep: no problem *takes menu*


While kyousuke waits for the food a beautiful girl walks up to him and runs her fingers through his blue hair.


girl: hello there, i havent seen your handsome face here before

Kyousuke: 0__o!? *starts babbling in his native language*

Girl: ;/ hey calm down, are you ok? *splashes him with water*

Kyousuke: &gt;_&lt; o_o ermmmmm ... yea im ok, why did you just do that now?

Girl: basically im trying to do business with you ;]

Kyousuke: ... ... ... ... ... ... 0_0 oooooooooooh uh uh ummm well you know im not rly looking for that business right now ^^;;;;

Girl: fine how about for free [img]wink.gif[/img] my names Selene

Kyousuke: ._. ... kyousuke... my names kyousuke

Selene: =_= i see your really not experienced at all in this tpye of thing *sigh*

Kyousuke: ...i guess not *clueless*

Selene: do you even get out at all!?

Kyousuke: ... in fact... no this is my first time out of the villiage back in Yafutoma

Selene: O_O!! your from where!? wow thats a far journey!

Kyousuke: yes, and in the middle of that by best friend gets hurt and paralyzed... *sigh*


Just then the food arrives


Kyousuke: O_O yes! *eats voraciously*

Selene: o.o oh boy a long journey indeed... ... *looks into kyousuke's eyes* ... your eyes they are strange

Kyousuke: *mouthful* yea i know, i was born this way, i dunno why *munch munch* they say i have a gift, but they never told me what it was ;/ always said that i would find out on my own...

Selene: theyre enchanting... *shakes head* &gt;_&lt; ok ... well ill cya around *walks off*

Kyousuke: baibai! ^^ *waves and keeps eating, still oblivious*


Selene walks back to Kyousuke and kisses him on the cheek

Selene: ;] just remember my offers up whenever you want

Kyousuke: ._. *food drops out of his mouth* ... @o@


Selene walks off


Barkeep: ... thats strange i havent seen her before

Kyousuke: what?

Barkeep: shes not one of the usuall women we have here, and shes far more beautiful ;\ *points to the group of women behind kyousuke*

Kyousuke: ... *looks* O_O NYAAHH!! they are nasty! wahhh!

Barkeep: =___= yea thats why im saying its real weird!!!

Kyousuke: ... hrmmm

Barkeep: ...owell its not my problem ?__?

Kyousuke: im going to find out more about her *looks around and doesnt find her* ... wahh? shes not anywhere!

Barkeep: ... hey thats weird i didnt see her leave either but i have no idea where she is, and i would have known if she left through the doors...

Kyousuke: ok thanks for the food *pays up with a couple of gold coins and adds another as a tip*

Barkeep: o.o! wow thanks alot!


Kyousuke walks off and heads upstairs into one of the rooms reserved for the whores and their business, luckily its empty and he looks out the window, the roof is vacant as well and he goes onto it and looks out over the town to get a good view, kyousuke then pulls out a telescope from the pirate clothing he is wearing and spies the landscape searching for the girl supposedly named Selene.


Kyousuke: ...it cant be, how could they dont they trust me!?


Kyousuke spies "Selene" not to far away keeping an eye on the bar for Kyousuke's exit


Kyousuke: dammit, theyve sent a shinobi hunter!? what the hell? they think im going to give away our secrets... no doubt she was going to seduce me into following her after i left and then she would assasinate me somehow... this is no joke, shes very skilled you dont become a hunter for nothing...
ill have to play along and get her before she does me... *stands up on roof* ill play her game until i see through her plan, then ill turn it on her and give her a nice surprise...

*Two people enter the pub. One a strong looking woman. The other a young boy, no more than 10. The woman talks to the barkeep, while the boy looks around. OCB, half drunk on Loqua sees the boy and calls him over*

OCB: Yo, you a tad young to drink... What's your name?

Boy: Lyfe, and i'm not here to drink.

OCB: Then why are ya here?

Lyfe: ...Holiday.

OCB: Looks like you're from Valua, you travel a lot?

Lyfe: Yup.

Woman: Lyfe, you know not to talk to strangers.

Lyfe: He's not strange. He's drunk.

OCB: Half drunk i'll have you know! *Looks up to the woman* Hey... don't i know you?

Woman: eh? *thinks*He couldn't remember me from back then...

OCB: You're the woman who wants me bad, right? Well, my ship's empty right now, wanna rock it?

Woman: *thinks* Phew... *outloud* Sorry, we've got to get going, I'll love to next time *wink*. Bye. Come on Lyfe.

Lyfe: Bye half drunk guy.

OCB: *standing up* Kalika. I know whose side you're on. You're not gonna get away with this.

Woman: What are you talking about, OCB?

OCB: I knew it, you know my name. I haven't forgiven you for before. Now you've come for this pla- *Canti hits him on the head with a chair*

Canti: Sorry about him, he's fully drunk.

Woman: ^_^;; It's okay. My name's Mila. If we meet again, i'll rock with you. *wink* Let's go.

Canti: I got an offer... Doesn't happen often.
